ph3Head Housekeeper – UHNWI Private Villa | Dubai /h3 pLocation: Dubai, UAEbr/Employment Type: Full-timebr/Position: Live-In /p h3Position Overview /h3 pWe are seeking an experienced and highly professional Head Housekeeper to join a prestigious UHNWI private villa in Dubai. /p pThe successful candidate will oversee the housekeeping operation, supervise domestic staff and support the smooth running of the residence, including family-related arrangements, events and international travel. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liOversee daily housekeeping operations and maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation and service. /li liSupervise, coordinate and support housemaids, nannies and other domestic staff, including schedules, duties and performance. /li liSupport the family with day-to-day household requirements, including children’s meals, schedules and activities when required. /li liCoordinate with the Chef regarding meal planning, dietary requirements and service standards. /li liAct as a key point of contact between household staff, vendors, contractors and external service providers. /li liCoordinate household inventories, supplies, maintenance, repairs and appointments. /li liAssist with international travel, including packing, unpacking, hotel and restaurant bookings, and household preparations. /li liCoordinate with the Chef and other service providers during family travel.
/li liAssist with private dinners, family gatherings and special occasions. /li liSupport household safety procedures and maintain the highest standards of discretion and confidentiality. /li /ul h3Candidate Requirements /h3 ul liProven experience as a Head Housekeeper, Executive Housekeeper or Housekeeping Manager. /li liExperience in a 5-star luxury hotel is a must, UHNW private household, luxury villa or private estate. /li liStrong experience supervising domestic staff. /li liExcellent organisational, leadership and communication skills. /li liFluent English, both written and spoken. /li liProfessional, discreet, proactive and highly detail oriented. /li liExperience with children and family-related logistics. /li liInternational travel experience with a private family is an advantage. /li liAbility to travel internationally with the family valid US, UK and/or Schengen visas are advantageous. /li /ul h3Salary Benefits /h3 ul liCompetitive salary, commensurate with experience. /li liPrivate live-in accommodation and duty meals. /li liMedical insurance. /li liVisa and work permit sponsorship. /li liAnnual travel allowance. /li li30 days annual leave upon completion of one year. /li liInternational travel with the family. /li liLong-term opportunity within a prestigious private household. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
