The Land Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing a portfolio of approximately 2.9 GW of land‑secured projects and more than 400 active land agreements, leading one of the largest and most strategically important land management scopes in the Italian renewable energy sector.You will join the Development Performance & Coordination team, playing a key role in supporting renewable energy projects in Italy. The position has strong strategic relevance, focusing on the most complex, high‑impact and business‑critical land topics across the project lifecycle.ResponsibilitiesDrive land‑related activities across the full project lifecycle, with a focus on complex and strategic initiativesCoordinate acquisition and formalisation of land rights, including easements, notarised deeds and expropriation proceduresIdentify and mitigate legal, operational and documentation risks in critical project phasesAct as a key reference point for land matters, supporting decision‑making with internal teams and external stakeholdersSupport due diligence and project transactions through high‑quality and reliable documentationImprove land processes through standardisation,



efficiency and stronger governanceActively contribute to the development of land strategies and market insightsQualificationsProven experience in land agreements, property rights or real estate law and ability to manage land acquisition processes and related legal documentationStrong stakeholder management and communication skills across internal and external partiesBusiness‑oriented mindset, with the ability to align legal and contractual topics with project and company objectivesAbility to operate effectively on complex and high‑impact topics, ensuring reliable and compliant solutionsProactive and solution‑oriented approach, with strong risk awareness and attention to detailAbility to collaborate effectively across functions and contribute to commercial negotiations led by Project ManagersKnowledge of the renewable energy market in Italy, including development processes, energy market dynamics and business models, is a significant advantageUniversity degree in Law, Business, Real Estate, Land Management or a related field preferredFluent in Italian and English, both written and spokenThe role is based in our Milan office (Foro Buonaparte 60), given the need for close collaboration with key local stakeholders.
