ppLocation: Milan, Italy - Network Operations Center /p h3About the Role /h3 pAs a bNOC Technician /b, you will play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience while supporting Vaultica's high standards of bservice availability, infrastructure reliability, and operational performance /b. /p pWorking within the bNetwork Operations Center (NOC) /b, you will monitor Vaultica's sites and services, act as a first point of contact for customers, and coordinate closely with Operations, Network, Cybersecurity, and other specialist teams to ensure incidents and requests are handled efficiently. /p ul liMonitor all Vaultica sites through electrical and mechanical monitoring systems, including bBMS /b /li liAct as a bfirst point of contact for customers /b, handling fault notifications, service requests, and operational enquiries /li liMonitor customer connectivity services and provide bremote support and configuration /b when required /li liMonitor bcybersecurity alerts /b and perform initial assessment and first-response actions /li liIdentify incidents and involve the appropriate internal specialist teams to support resolution /li liInitiate and manage bescalation processes /b when required /li liProvide technical end-user support, troubleshooting, and resolution of network-related issues /li liDocument NOC processes, procedures, incidents, and customer interactions in coordination with relevant company departments /li liEnsure accurate tracking and reporting of operational activities /li liMeet defined bKPOs and KPIs /b and comply with applicable operational standards and procedures /li liContribute actively to the company's bcontinuous improvement and quality processes /b /li liSupport effective communication and coordination between customers, Operations teams, and technical specialists /li /ul pDepending on operational requirements, you will work within a b24/7 Network Operations Center environment /b,
