We are recruiting Technical Sales Specialists for one of our leading global clients in the digital advertising and social media industry. In this role, you will work closely with advertisers to understand their business and technical requirements, recommend the right solutions, and support them from decision through activation and optimization. You will combine commercial awareness with technical expertise to ensure solutions are successfully implemented and adopted to deliver measurable results.
What you'll be doing
· Understand advertiser requirements through consultative discussions, technical questioning, and data-led analysis
· Identify customer pain points and map them to appropriate products, features, configurations, and digital advertising solutions
· Support advertisers throughout the solution journey, including activation, implementation, optimization, and ongoing improvements
· Identify technical dependencies, operational constraints, and readiness gaps that may affect successful solution deployment
· Recommend solutions based on functionality, scalability, performance impact, and return on advertising spend
· Support customers in complex solution environments,
including multi-solution adoption and integrations
· Identify potential risks, mitigation actions, and optimization opportunities to improve advertiser success
Requirements
· Minimum 12 months of proven technical sales experience, preferably within digital advertising, technology, SaaS, B2B sales, account management, or a similar commercial environment
· Native or near-native level of Italian
· Fluent English
· Strong technical consultative selling skills
· Ability to understand customer requirements through structured questioning and data-led analysis
· Good understanding of digital advertising platforms, performance metrics, targeting, and campaign optimization
· Willingness to relocate to Greece
