Working closely with senior management and external service providers, the successful candidate will help improve operational efficiency, strengthen security controls, and support the standardization of IT processes.As a technology-driven company, RIMOND is also committed to expanding the adoption of AI tools and fostering an AI-first culture across the organization, and the role will play an active part in that journey.The position combines operational responsibilities with project coordination activities and requires a proactive, hands‑on approach in a fast-growing international environment.Key ResponsibilitiesIT Operations & Cloud InfrastructureSupport the implementation of the Group IT roadmap and operational initiativesCoordinate external IT service providers, monitoring service quality, SLA compliance, and issue resolutionSupport IT budget tracking and reporting activitiesContribute to the standardization and governance of RIMOND's cloud-based IT infrastructure, including cloud services, networks, and end-user devicesManage IT assets (PCs, laptops, mobile devices) and maintain accurate inventory recordsSupport software license administration and optimization activities, managing both Italian and international license portfolios across the GroupCoordinate internal IT support processes, ticket management, and user requests,
working closely with external partners such as CDLANIdentify opportunities to improve IT processes and digital efficiency across the organizationCybersecurity & ComplianceSupport the implementation and maintenance of information security policies and controls aligned with ISO/IEC 27001 principlesCoordinate vulnerability assessments, penetration testing activities, and security reviews with external partnersAssist in maintaining Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery proceduresSupport compliance initiatives related to GDPR, NIS2, and other applicable regulationsContribute to incident management, security awareness, and access governance processesCollaborate with external cybersecurity providers to monitor and improve the organization's security postureApplications & Digital SystemsSupport the evaluation, rollout, and governance of AI tools across the Group, helping build an AI-driven culture as part of RIMOND's identity as a technology-forward companySupport administration of the BIM/Autodesk ecosystem (Revit, BIM 360/ACC), including licensing and user managementCollaborate with external partners and business stakeholders on SAP HANA-related activitiesSupport the management of the Google Workspace environmentAssist with integrations between business applications and document management systemsContribute to the adoption and improvement of collaboration and productivity toolsMaintain core IT security controls, including MFA, backup verification, access management, and account administrationRequirements5–8 years of experience in IT operations, systems administration, cloud infrastructure,
or cybersecurity-related rolesExperience coordinating external IT vendors and service providersStrong experience and expertise in cloud environments, corporate networks, endpoint management, and cloud-based enterprise IT systemsExperience with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365Experience with IT asset management and software licensing administration, including managing licenses across multiple countries (Italy and international)Knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals, identity and access management, and security best practicesAbility to work independently in evolving and non-structured environmentsStrong problem‑solving skills and hands‑on attitudeGood communication skills and ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholdersFluent English (mandatory)Availability for occasional international travel (UAE, Japan, UK)Compensation and Employment TermsThe employment level and compensation package will be determined based on the requirements of the role, the candidate's skills, qualifications, and professional experience.
