Your role at Kanadevia Inova directly contributes to turning something once considered useless - waste - into something invaluable: energy, heat, hydrogen, fertilizer, and beyond..Find out more about Kanadevia Inova at OverviewOur E&P Group Leader leads a multidisciplinary Engineering team, providing both technical and disciplinary guidance leading by example:Key ResponsibilitiesCarries out operational activities as an E&P engineer on projects and supports E&P Engineering Manager in coordination of Mechanical Engineers group.Ensures project execution meets timelines, budgets, and quality standards, while actively participating in project tasks.Reviews technical documentation (TSD, TCC, Vendor documents) and oversees workload distribution and resource allocation.Supports recruitment, onboarding and growth of E&P Engineers,
