pIn this role you will lead material planning within the Supply Chain, collaborating with Procurement, Quality and others to ensure supplier capability and delivery. You will drive risk mitigation, audits, and improvements to keep operations aligned with Alstom’s greener mobility mission. The position is based in Vado Ligure, Italy, with a strong focus on cross-functional coordination and crisis response. You will contribute to simplifying complex supply chains and improving supplier performance in a global context. /pullicompetitive compensation /liliEstablish and coordinate action plans during major crises /liliCollaborate with Procurement for risk/impact management and delivery improvements /liliEnsure suppliers meet Alstom needs in capability and capacity /liliAudit processes and tools per Central Supply Chain standards (Light and Capacity Assessment, SharePoint reporting, dashboards)



/liliLead root cause analyses and implement corrective actions (Improvement and Safeguarding Plans) /liliStrengthen cooperation across Purchasing, Quality, and Supply Chain to manage underperforming suppliers (TOP RED/RED) /liliDegree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering or a related field /liliDemonstrated experience in supplier relationship management /liliStrong leadership, rigor, responsiveness, analytical and problem-solving skills /liliFluent in Italian and good level of English (B2) /liliWillingness to travel (50%) /liliKnowledge of an ERP system (ideally SAP) /lilileadership /lilianalytical thinking /liliproblem-solving /liliSAP /liliLean manufacturing principles (5S) /liliValue Stream Mapping /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
