In this role you will manage a dedicated team – if applicable.ResponsibilitiesPreparation of Process Design Criteria, Design Basis, and operating philosophiesProcess simulations and preparation of Heat & Material Balances (H&MB)Development of Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs)Equipment sizing, calculations, and preparation of process datasheetsInstrument sizing, calculations, and preparation of instrument datasheetsDevelopment of Cause & Effect (C&E) Matrices and Emergency Shutdown (ESD) PhilosophyRelief load calculations and PSV sizingFlare and blowdown system designLine sizing and hydraulic calculationsUtility summaries and process input to utilities designSupport to HAZID / HAZOP studies and design reviewsTechnical support during vendor documentation review and TBEsInterface management and coordination with other disciplines and licensorsQualificationsMaster's Degree in Chemical Engineering1-2 years as a Process Engineer within Upstream O&G Project (onshore)Process simulation tools:
