For a growing deep-tech client company in the PET depolymerization sector, we are seeking a Senior Process Engineer for the plant of Albese con Cassano (Como).Faccia ora il prossimo passo nella sua carriera: scorra verso il basso per leggere la descrizione completa del ruolo e invii la sua candidatura.The role involves responsibility for process scalability and completing the Process Design Package (PDP) in collaboration with R&D and Operations teams.ResponsibiliesOversee experimental design and identify potential operational issues, ensuring the validation of instrumentationGenerate and analyze significant amounts of data to monitor plant performance, identify bottlenecks and critical parameters, and propose tests to find solutions and remediesDevelop scalable solutions of interest to major industry licensors, primarily EPC contractors and other industrial entities in the sectorWork closely with internal teams to ensure process improvements are communicated and implemented across the organizationIdentify and develop improvement solutions focused on energy savings, material and cost optimization,
