The Raw Material Procurement Specialist supports the Raw Materials Manager across the creation, development, procurement, and industrialization of seasonal fabrics. The role ensures operational excellence, cost-awareness, and smooth alignment between Development, Production, and Design. As a core member of the Raw Materials team, the Specialist maintains full visibility over fabric status, approvals, and timing across the entire seasonal lifecycle.Se i requisiti e l'esperienza richiesti per questo lavoro corrispondono alle sue competenze, la preghiamo di candidarsi tempestivamente.Key Responsibilities:Procurement & Production SupportManage end-to-end procurement of raw materials under Manager directionStrong experience in order management, supplier communication, and coordination with vendors and fabric millsEnsure development and production deliveries are aligned with seasonal timelinesOversee stock management across Codetex, vendors, mills, and liability inventorySupport fabric industrialization and production optimization with the ManagerTrack invoices, fabric approvals, and distribution of fabric “Masters” to vendors and millsBalance development and production calendars, ensuring priorities and deadlines are metBuild strong knowledge of supplier capabilities to place accurate and efficient ordersMaintain clear visibility on fabric approvals and seasonal status with the Raw Materials ManagerPrepare PLM and Excel reports to monitor developments, risks, and daily updatesCompliance knowledge is a plus,



supporting risk identification with the Compliance teamCreative DevelopmentSupport the development of new base fabrics with the Raw Materials ManagerTrack development pricing and identify cost-effective industrialization solutions with suppliersApprove fabrics during development and production stagesCoordinate fabric research and innovation with Design and PD teams in line with seasonal needsBusiness & Cross-Functional PartnershipPartner with the Raw Materials Manager and Head of Production on seasonal planning and pre-ordersMonitor collection pricing evolution and flag potential risksWork closely with Design on material approvals and alignmentMaintain strong cross-functional communication with Design, PD, Merchandising, and Production teamsRequirements:5+ years of experience in Raw Materials within luxury fashion, ideally with a procurement focusAdvanced knowledge of fabric construction, compositions, print techniques, and industrializationStrong understanding of supply chain constraints, lead times, and supplier capabilitiesProven ability to manage multiple calendars, priorities, and deadlines across development and productionAdvanced Excel skills for fabric tracking, costing, and reportingStrong communication, negotiation, and supplier management skillsProven cross-functional collaboration with Design, Merchandising, Product Development, and Production teamsCollaborative, proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindsetAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentDedicated, reliable, and eager to grow within a dynamic environmentContract Type:Permanent employment contract (Tempo Indeterminato)Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL):CCNL Commercio - level and classification to be determined based on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and responsibilities associated with the role. xysqume Salary Range:€40,000 - €45,000 gross annual salary, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.Additional Benefits:Meal vouchersEmployee discount program#J-18808-Ljbffr
