ppbElemaster Group, /bfortheb RD /bcompany, due to an international development of its bTest Laboratory /b, which offers bproduct testing and Certification services /b for the industrial automation, railway and medical sectors, is looking for a: /ph3TEST LABORATORY MANAGER /h3h3JOB DESCRIPTION /h3ulliStrong organizational, planning, and operational management skills to take on the role of bEMC Test Laboratory Manager /b within a growing laboratory that offers testing and certification services for the industrial automation, railway, and medical sectors, with an international development perspective. /li /ulh3KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /h3ulliDaily operational management of the EMC test laboratory /liliCoordination of technical staff (technicians and engineers) /liliPlanning and allocation of project activities /liliMonitoring of project progress and delivery timelines /liliPreparation of technical and progress reports for clients and internal management /liliDrafting of technical and commercial offers in collaboration with the sales team /liliSupport to marketing and business development activities with a technical focus /liliClient interface for requirements gathering and results discussion /liliEnsuring compliance with EMC and ISO 17025 standards /liliPromoting continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team /li /ulh3REQUIREMENTS /h3ulliDegree in electronics or electrical engineering /lili3–5 years of experience as an EMC technician in industrial, medical, or railway sectors /liliKnowledge of generic standards (IEC 61000-6-x), product standards (IEC 60601-1-2, EN 50121-3-2…), and basic standards (IEC 61000-4-x) /liliExperience in team and project management /liliStrong interpersonal skills, customer-oriented mindset, team spirit, and results-driven approach /liliGood capability to work in team and for target /liliGood English (written and spoken) /li /ulh3Will be a preferential title /h3ulliHands-on, proactive, committed to safety and results oriented. /liliAttention to detail and strong sense of responsibility. /liliContinuous improvement mindset. /li /ulh3Compensation /h3ulliPermanent contract offered, gross annual salary (RAL) € 45.000 - € 60.000 /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
