This is an opportunity to join a growing real estate team within Hayfin, a leading European private credit platform with €40bn AuM. The role is fast-paced, deal-focused, and involves oversight of a range of counterparties, including operating partners, technical advisors and brokers, as well as enhancing our data analytics capabilities. You would be part of an experienced team, in a culture built on collaboration, teamwork and entrepreneurial spirit.Our investment team is based across Europe, and we are flexible on where this hire will be based (London, Madrid or Milan), though you will need the right to work in that location.Support delivery of each asset's business plan,



translating strategy into annual objectives and monitoring progress against themOversee and manage operating partners across the portfolio, defining targets for the year and reviewing performanceEstablish reporting standards and review periodic reporting for each dealPrepare periodic reporting for investors, lenders and internal reporting for Senior ManagementParticipate in arranging bank financing and optimising leverageLiaise with technical advisors, valuers, property managers and legal counsel on asset-level decisions and risk assessmentSupport capex, refurbishment and leasing initiatives, including business case preparationContribute to ESG monitoring and reporting across the portfolioSupport valuations and portfolio reviews xysqume Requirements3-5 years of relevant experience in real estate asset management, investment banking (leveraged finance or M&A), or private equity, credit or direct lendingStrong quantitative, financial modelling and analytics skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and workstreams simultaneouslyFluency in English (written and verbal); additional European languages beneficialStrong educational background: ideally in Finance, Economics or Business disciplines#J-18808-Ljbffr
