Job DescriptionLegga la panoramica di questa occasione per capire quali competenze sono richieste, incluse le soft skill pertinenti e la padronanza di pacchetti software.Wood is recruiting for a Supply Chain Lead / Procurement Coordinator to join its Projects – Process and Chemical team for execution on supply chain activities of complex plants in the Chemical, Petrochemical and Energy industries.The position will be based in Corsico (Milan) office, with the possibility to work from home up to two days per week.You will assist the Project Supply Chain Manager in all aspects of the purchasing cycle of our projects.ResponsibilitiesDefinition of Project Procurement Plan and ProceduresResponsible for execution of all aspects of supply chain activities including expediting, procurement and negotiationFamiliar with market scouting and supplier onboarding processesDefinition of the bidder list for each inquiryPreparation of tender documentation and definition of pricing summary tailored to the scope of workLead technical & commercial clarification meetings with biddersExamine, review and negotiate T&C’sPrepare and finalize commercial Bid Tabulations and Purchase Orders for all items to be purchasedCollaborate with key persons to ensure company and client expectations are metEnsure all supply chain activities are carried out in accordance with the project execution plan/schedule and in line with project processes and proceduresTrack and report KPI to measure cost reduction and improve efficiencyPrepare and tailor project procurement reports in line with project / client requirementsComply with code of business conduct and ethics, corporate policies, procedures and work practicesQualificationsAt Wood, we are committed to equal opportunities and welcome all talented individuals to consider joining our team.
