They play a critical role in ensuring that vessels comply with industry standards and regulations, enhancing and the well-being of passengers and crew members. RINA is currently recruiting for a bJunior Marine Noise Vibration Engineer – Maternity Cover /b to join its office in bLa Spezia, Italy /b, within the bMechanical and Materials Engineering Division /b. /ppAs a Junior Marine Noise Vibration Engineer, you will support the assessment of noise and vibration levels on board maritime vessels, contributing to measurements, data analysis, technical reporting and compliance verification.The role is particularly suited to a brecent graduate or young engineer /b with an interest in naval engineering, acoustics, vibration and shipboard testing. You will work alongside experienced engineers and progressively develop your technical expertise in marine noise and vibration. /ph3bKey Accountabilities /b /h3ulliSupport senior engineers during bnoise and vibration measurements /b on board vessels, including sea trials and inspections. /liliAssist in thebcollection, processing and analysis of measurement data /b. /liliSupport the identification of noise and vibration sources and potential technical issues. /liliContribute to the assessment of vessels against applicable bIMO, IACS,

The gross annual salary range foreseen is betweenb€30000 and €40000 /band will be finally defined on candidate’s professional experience, qualifications, competencies and overall alignment with the role. In addition, an annual variable compensation component is provided, based on both Company and individual performance objectives in accordance with the current policies and collective agreements.
