Define and execute the Italy Cash Management Strategic PlanBuild and lead the local Cash Management teamDevelop the Local, Inbound and Outbound businessesDefine client segmentation and the target coverage modelIdentify and prioritize local product gapsDevelop the local product roadmap in coordination with Global Cash Management/ProductDrive Payments, Collections, Liquidity and Deposits growthEstablish commercial targets and KPIsMonitor revenues, profitability, balances, transaction volumes and budget executionDrive intra-GTB cross-sell across Deposits, Trade Finance, Working Capital Solutions and FXRepresent Italy within the Global Cash Management organizationRequirementsMinimum 15 years of experience in Cash Management / Transaction Banking within a leading international bankStrong understanding of the Italy Corporate and Transaction Banking marketExperience working within international and matrix organizationsStrong network across Italy Corporates, Treasury Centers and the broader treasury ecosystemDeep knowledge of Accounts, Payments, Collections and Liquidity ManagementStrong understanding of Italy payment infrastructure, including Faster Payments, CHAPS and BacsExperience with connectivity solutions including APIs, Host-to-Host, SWIFT and ERP/TMS integrationKnowledge of international liquidity solutions, including Cash Pooling,
