To expand its internal operations, VERSYA—a SYS-DAT Group company based in Carpi — is seeking:

BUSINESS CONSULTANT

The selected candidate will join the consulting department and will be responsible for

Liability

- Specialized Consulting: Provide second-level implementation consulting to resolve issues and optimize the client’s business processes through the use of ERP software.
- Requirements Analysis: Gather and analyze customer requests to understand their needs and define the most appropriate solutions.
- Incident Management: Take charge of and manage reports of software issues, coordinating activities until they are fully resolved.
- User Training: Organize and conduct training sessions for customers on how to use new modules or implemented features.
- Functional testing:



Perform thorough testing to validate the developed solutions and ensure that they meet the client’s requirements.
- Documentation Preparation: Write clear and detailed technical documents that describe the analyses performed and the proposed solutions.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Economics or equivalent qualifications and/or knowledge of key business processes (accounting and administrative processes in particular)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Online Customer Management Capabilities
- Ability to work in a team
