He/she implements in Italy the Global Communication strategy and develops a solid local plan to support the Country Manager in the fields of internal communication, crisis management and PR at glance. He/she also deploys the Global Patient Advocacy strategy in close collaboration with Medical Department. **RESPONSIBILITIES** 1. Internal communication and engagement: - Country Manager communication;
- Senior Management Team communication;
- Design and/or support events that mobilize employees;
- Regularly update the MyA Italy;
- Develop specific initiatives to support the cultural change, in close collaboration with HR. 2. PR and external communications: - Manage the press office and the relationship with key trade and generalist journalists;
- Country Manager exposure/speeches/articles;
- Support the social media strategy with regards of the Italian channels, in collaboration with Global Communication (i.e. Facebook).
- Collaborate to harmonize corporate and brands communication;
- Design and implement external initiatives and /or sponsorship to consolidate the awareness of the corporate brand. 3. Crisis communication: - Monitor crisis risks;
- Support the Country Manager to make decision on how to manage potential crisis;
- Create and disseminates crisis messages;
- Collect and process information for crisis team;
- Train people who will be involved in the crisis management process.
- Assess the crisis management effort and provide follow-up crisis messages as needed. 4. Patient Adocacy
- Cascade at local level the Global Advocacy initiatives
- Support the local relationships with PAGs, in close collaboration with medical department. **REQUIREMENTS**
- 5 years Proved experience in communications
- Proven experience with executives
- High level of knowledge of conventional and social media
- Crisis management
- Excellent in spoken and written English
- Appreciated experience in Patient Advocacy
- Appreciated experience in Global Team
