Hello, we are looking for a **Senior IT Transformation Expert**! **Activities you will be doing**: - Project manager for IT transformation activities and the integration of different IT operating models
- Lead the assessment of the as-is operating model describing roles, processes and main technologies adopted (scope, roles, RACI, detailed procedures description)
- Lead the design of a target IT operating model including roles and processes of both the host and hosted organization
- Support the definition of the transformation plan and the integration steps toward the targeted organization
- Support the definition of upskilling and reskilling plans
- Creation of reports and presentations for top managers, create/manipulate excel files
- Able to summarize and present reports at executive level
- Support the definition of policies and procedures
- Creation of material for sharing best practice **Requirements**: - Good knowledge of **IT Organization** (knows how to describe at a high level the main functions within the IT organization)
- PM (high); IT process and operating model design (high); **IT strategy / IT advisory (medium/high); **ITIL / IT Service Management (medium/high)
- Language**:Italian**: - Good standing skills
