We are seeking a Project Manager responsible for overseeing projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The PM will be responsible for providing day-to-day support in the management of all activities with internal teams and external partners for the assigned projects, monitoring the project throughout the whole lifecycle until the completion and closure. He/she is responsible for internal and external reporting of project status and progress, for implementing and executing processes, for tracking risks, issues, and changes during the project. Key responsibilities and accountabilities: - Have control of project planning, risk, scope management
- Execute daily project management activities
- Provide regular internal and external reporting of project status
- Maintain a detailed project plan and ensure established milestones are progressing and own project timelines
- Identify risks, threats, as well as opportunities that could impact the success of the project,
notifying the team and escalating issues when appropriate
- Enhance internal and external deliverables/documents
- Organize internal status meetings, keeping the status or hot sheet documents up to date for internal team awareness
- Maintain deliverable scopes, plans, versions, and feedback
- Suggest process improvements Skills for the role: - Relevant graduation with a university degree or other higher educational background
- Advanced excel skills and ability to get insight form data
- Ability to adapt to a highly dynamic environment and to frequent changes
- 3+ years of project management experience
- Familiar with project management software and know-how of modern project methodologies
- Effective planning, organization, and time management skills and analysis/assessment capabilities
- Embody professional, proactive, and collaborative behaviour that mirrors the dentsu 8 ways
- Team spirit - able to work in a regional and international team
- Soft skills: presentation skills, communicative, professional, positive attitude, pro-active and independent worker, with a can-do attitude
- Familiar with change management process
