Cbonds is an international fintech company specializing in financial markets data and technology. We aggregate comprehensive financial market information worldwide and deliver it to institutional clients through the Cbonds financial portal, APIs, and raw databases.
We are expanding our presence in Italy and looking for a proactive Business Development Representative based in Milan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth and expand the Cbonds presence in the local financial market.
- Conduct in-person meetings with prospective clients (banks, asset management firms, brokers, insurance companies, and private investors).
- Collect, analyze, and structure market feedback to help tailor our product offerings to the local market needs.
- Establish long-term strategic partnerships with local financial institutions.
- Manage full-cycle sales processes and maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements:
- Language Proficiency: C1/C2 (Fluent) in Italian, Russian,
and English.
- Work Authorization: Valid work permit/residence permit in Italy (mandatory).
- Education: Degree in Finance, Financial Markets, Economics, or a related field (strongly preferred).
- Experience: Background in B2B sales, client relations, or account management within the financial services sector is a strong plus.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proactive mindset, self-discipline, and a strong drive to build a career in financial tech.
Contract & Compensation
- B2B collaboration / Partita IVA
- Fixed monthly fee + performance-based KPI bonuses
