YellowSquare is urgently looking for Receptionist for their Hostel in Roma Castro Pretorio YellowSquare is a leader in the hospitality sector and hostels located in Rome, Milan and Florence. - Completing Check-in and Check-out procedures;
- Preparing bills and taking payments;
- Dealing with special request and answering questions;
- Dealing with complaints or problems. **Requirements**: - Previous experience in similar role
- Teamwork: ability to collaborate within a team and other departments;
- Flexibility: working time and hours;
- Excellence in customer service;
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English;
