This role involves proactive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair to minimize downtime and support our robust logistics and e-commerce infrastructure. /p h3Job Responsibilities** /h3 ul liPerform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and calibration of various devices, including but not limited to, warehouse automation equipment, sorting machines, handheld scanners, and IT infrastructure hardware. /li liDiagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on a wide array of devices, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions. /li liExecute repairs, replacements, and upgrades of faulty components or entire devices, adhering to established protocols and safety standards. /li liMaintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including service dates, parts used, and issue resolutions.
/li liCollaborate with operations teams to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption to business processes. /li liAssist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment and devices. /li liProvide technical support and guidance to end-users on device operation and basic troubleshooting. /li liIdentify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains in device maintenance. /li liAdhere to all company safety regulations and procedures. /li /ul h3Job Qualifications** /h3 ul liHigh school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or technical certification in electronics, mechanical engineering, or a related field preferred. /li liProven experience (2+ years) in device maintenance, field service, or a similar technical support role, preferably within a logistics, manufacturing, or e-commerce environment. /li liStrong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, including schematics and diagrams. /li liProficiency in troubleshooting hardware and basic software issues for various devices. /li liFamiliarity with common diagnostic tools and testing equipment. /li liAbility to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. /li liExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. /li liStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team. /li liAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by operational needs. /li liBasic computer literacy and experience with maintenance management systems (CMMS) is a plus. /li /ul pAt JINGDONG Logistics, we’re committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.
