Our mission is to transform bold scientific ideas into advances that improve human health. /ppWithin this mission, the ICT Digitisation Department at HT is expanding and seeking professionals with specific expertise in DevOps related tasks. /ppWe are seeking a technically gifted, innovative, and enthusiastic bDevOps Engineer /b to support the activities of the Core Services Team in the Data Centre Facility. /ph3Your mission /h3pAs a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for the implementation and continuous improvement of centralized IT systems and cloud-native infrastructure. You will design and optimize CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks to enable efficient and reliable software development and deployment processes. /ppWorking in a collaborative team environment, you will support enterprise-grade Kubernetes and cloud platform capabilities, including microservices, virtualization, and container technologies. You will ensure the scalability, security, and high availability of development, testing, and production environments. /ppThe successful candidate will actively support the research community and collaborate closely with digital development, cybersecurity, and core services teams to enhance automation, efficiency, and service reliability. /ppYou will report to the Core Services Manager. /ph3Grow Your Skills /h3pYou will enhance your professional skills by: /ph3CI/CD Automation /h3ulliDesigning, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to enable automated testing, integration, and deployment. /liliOptimizing build, release, and deployment processes to accelerate development cycles. /liliEnsuring seamless integration across development, staging, and production environments. /liliIntegrating automated security scans, compliance checks, and DevSecOps best practices into CI/CD pipelines.



/li /ulh3Infrastructure as Code Cloud Engineering /h3ulliDeveloping and managing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation). /liliAutomating provisioning, configuration management, scaling, and self-healing mechanisms. /liliImplementing and supporting multi-cloud and hybrid-cloud architectures. /liliPlanning, deploying, configuring, and managing new and existing infrastructure systems. /li /ulh3Kubernetes Container Platforms /h3ulliImplementing, administering, and maintaining Kubernetes (on-premises and cloud), Docker, and containerized workloads. /liliEnsuring the health, scalability, performance, and reliability of Kubernetes, microservices, and related systems. /liliMonitoring and optimizing system performance, resource utilization, and latency. /li /ulh3Security, Reliability Operations /h3ulliCollaborating with the Cybersecurity team to enforcing RBAC, secret management, encryption, and security best practices. /liliDiagnosing and resolving infrastructure and CI/CD incidents, performing root cause analysis, and implementing preventive measures. /liliEnsuring high availability, fault tolerance, and operational continuity, including performing emergency maintenance. /li /ulh3Documentation, Governance Support /h3ulliMaintaining up-to-date technical and operational documentation. /liliEnforcing DevOps standards, coding practices, and operational guidelines. /liliProviding technical guidance, contributing to projects, mentoring junior engineers, and supporting broader DevOps, Linux, and Data Centre operations as needed. /li /ulpHuman Technopole supports career development through training, mentoring and dedicated learning opportunities. /ph3Essential /h3h3What you'll bring /h3ulliDegree in Computer Science, Information Technology, a related field or equivalent experience. /liliMinimum of 3 years in DevOps, cloud engineering,



or infrastructure automation. /liliStrong expertise in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps). /liliProficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation. /liliDeep knowledge of container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker). /liliBasic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). /liliStrong scripting and automation skills in Bash, Python, or Go. /liliProblem-solving mindset with a focus on scalability, security, and efficiency. /liliAbility to collaborate in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment. /liliGood English communication skills, both written and spoken. /li /ulh3Preferred /h3ulliAWS Certified DevOps Engineer /liliMicrosoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert /liliCertified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) /liliHashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate /liliITIL certification /li /ulh3Organizational and social skills /h3ulliStrong communication skills, given the multicultural nature of our team. /liliExcellent teamworking skills. /liliProactive approach to continuous improvement. /li /ulh3Why Human Technopole /h3pHT offers an international and dynamic workplace, competitive welfare provisions, flexible working policies and relocation support.
