In this role you will manage a dedicated team. /p /brh3How can you support us? Here below your responsibilities: /h3 /brul /brliEnsure execution of commissioning activities. Lead and coordinate pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, test run, operation, training, and handover activities in line with contractual requirements, safety, quality, budget, and schedule. /li /brliPrepare and manage commissioning plans and procedures. Develop, update, and control the commissioning execution plan, procedures, manuals, schedules, system breakdown, handover priorities, and related documentation. /li /brliReview engineering and project documentation. Verify that commissioning, operability, maintainability, start-up, and operation requirements are properly incorporated into engineering deliverables such as PIDs, 3D model, manuals, test run procedures, and technical documents. /li /brliCoordinate resources, vendors, subcontractors, and interfaces. Define personnel mobilization, temporary logistics, subcontractor scope of work, vendor/licensor involvement, spare parts, consumables, and interfaces with engineering, procurement, construction, HSE, and client teams. /li /brliEnsure HSE, quality, progress control, and handover readiness. Support HSE planning, participate in risk reviews where required, monitor KPIs and progress, ensure commissioning readiness,
and manage the orderly handover of systems to the Client/operator. /li /br /ul /brh3What are we looking for? /h3 /brul /brliStrong commissioning and start-up experience /li /brliSolid technical and engineering background /li /brliPlanning, coordination, and execution control /li /brliLeadership and stakeholder management /li /brliStrong HSE, quality, and risk awareness /li /br /ul /brh3In one sentence: /h3 /brpwe need someone who can translate engineering into safe and efficient plant start-up, lead people and interfaces, anticipate issues, and ensure systems are delivered ready for operation according to project objectives. /p /brh3Education: /h3 /brpBachelor of Science Degree in an Engineering Discipline (preferably Chemical or Mechanical) /p /brh3Experience: /h3 /brp15 years as a Commissioning, Operation and Maintenance Lead role within FPSO PLATFROM field/industry /p /brh3Languages: /h3 /brpEnglish (Advanced) French (nice to have) /p /brh3Technical/IT Skills /h3 /brul /brliWork in Task Force coordinating with the project team, the different companies of the JVs and the Client. /li /brliEnsure the execution of the head office activities concerning Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, Start Up, Test Run, Training, Maintenance Engineering, Operation and handing over of the Plant to the Client according to contractual requirements and project objectives in terms of safety, quality, budget and schedule. /li /brliEnsure compliance of the Yard / Offshore Site activities for which is responsible with the established process and HSE requirements, while respecting the relative time and cost targets. /li /brliTechnical knowledge of FPSO PLANT and Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, Start Up and Operation activities. /li /brliKnowledge of the CMS, Engineering Systems and Tools (HEXAGON,
