As Team Manager of the Charging Functions Software team, your main goal will be to drive the development and evolution of charging functions and firmware across Alpitronic's Hypercharger product portfolio. In this role, you will lead and grow a team of experts, define the technical roadmap, and ensure the successful delivery of innovative and reliable charging solutions. You will coordinate closely with Product Management, System Engineering, Hardware and Quality teams to align product requirements, technical developments, and customer expectations. Your responsibilities also include fostering technical excellence, optimizing development processes, and supporting the long-term growth of both the team and the technology.Verifichi qui sotto se possiede i requisiti per questa possibilità e, in tal caso, invii la sua candidatura il prima possibile.Your ResponsibilitiesStrengthen and further develop the organisation of the Charging Functions Software teamLead internal and external resources to ensure the right balance between operational control and effective delegationManage hiring activities, employee development, training, coaching and mentoringDefine, develop and monitor the technical product roadmap for charging functions and firmware, aligning it with the overall product strategyAlign regulatory, standardisation and customer requirements with internal and external stakeholdersIdentify and drive continuous improvements in processes,
methodologies and development practices to enhance efficiency and qualityCollaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to address technical enquiries and resolve issues in the fieldSupport technical decision-making and contribute to strategic product development initiativesMonitor industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices in the development of embedded software and firmwareYour Qualifications & SkillsDegree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related fieldProfessional experience in embedded software and firmware development using C/C++Good knowledge of EV charging standards and communication protocols (IEC 61851, ISO 15118)Experience with agile methodologies and structured software development lifecyclesStrong understanding of complex organisational structures and cross-functional collaborationProven experience in leading or acting as a technical reference for engineering teamsStrong people leadership, coaching and mentoring skills, combined with empathy and emotional intelligenceExcellent decision-making abilities and a passion for innovationStrong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work effectively in a collaborative and team-oriented environmentAdaptability to changing priorities and requirements, with a willingness to learn new technologies quicklyExcellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesFluent in English, Italian and/or German is considered a plusOUR COMMITMENTInnovative work environment in a young,
