LHHFor a prestigious international company experiencing strong growth and recognized as a leader in its industry,we are looking foran International HR Business Partner.Responsibilities- Partnering with businessleaders to understand organizational needs and define HR strategies alignedwith business objectives.- Managing the employeelifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, development, performancemanagement, and internal mobility initiatives.- Supporting managers in employeerelations matters and fostering a positive and high-performing workenvironment.- Leading and implementingorganizational development projects to enhance effectiveness and employeeengagement.- Driving talent managementinitiatives, including succession planning, career development, coaching, andretention programs.- Analyzing HR metrics andworkforce data to identify trends and support strategic decision-making.- Collaborating withinternational HR teams to ensure consistency in organizational design,compensation practices, and workforce planning.Your Profile- Master's Degree in HumanResources, Business Administration, Economics,
or a related field.- At least 8-10 years ofexperience in Human Resources roles within international organizations.- Proven experience as an HRBusiness Partner in complex and multicultural environments.- Strong knowledge of talentmanagement, organizational development, and employee relations.- Experience in HR analytics andKPI reporting.- Fluency in English ismandatory.- Excellent communication andstakeholder management skills.Compensation & BenefitsCompensation package and organizational levelwill be defined according to experience.CCNL Metalmeccanico, liv.
