OverviewIn this role you will lead the end-to-end development of tooling-based termination machines for high-volume wire harness production. You'll guide cross‐functional teams to translate customer needs into robust, manufacturable solutions that meet quality, cost, and lead-time targets. You'll apply risk assessment and on-site support to ensure safe and reliable designs, while driving innovation and supplier collaboration.
