The Guest Services Officer must be Friendly, Passionate, and Committed. Actively listens and extends assistance to resolve guest issues and concerns. A strong guest satisfaction disposition is mandatory, a people person, with a great sense of humor. Professional and positive manner by showing concern and listening actively.Ability to communicate tactfully with guests, department heads and shipboard employees to resolve problems and negotiate resolutions.Ability to operate basic office equipment, including telephones, computers and copy machines.Completion of high school or basic education equivalency preferred.Must be willing to work onboard for 5-6 months.Language Requirements:Required to speak English clearly and distinctly.Aptitude to read and write English in order to understand and interpret written procedures.
