The Naviris Supplier Project Manager will have the following tasks: to centralise Programme Management team interface with each Subcontractor to ensure the “on-time, on-cost, on specs” delivery from first-tier suppliers, leveraging the knowledge of the Engineering and the frameworks provided by the PMO. To be accountable for a portion of WBS First level provided by some first-tier suppliers The position reports to the Programme Director.
Key responsibilities: Manage the interface co-contractor/suppliers
- Monitor Statement of Work (SoW) and Technical Specification execution with support of Engineering expertise
- Organize with co-contractor/suppliers regular report meetings covering risks, schedule, change requests
- Aggregate reports and information at Programme Director level
- Implement Configuration Management principles
- Enforce Quality Management rules
- Anticipate and build Evidence Elements with suppliers
- Provide transversal support with other managers.
Informazioni aggiuntive Requirements: Min. 5 years of experience in PM activities
- Bachelor's/Master Degree
- Professional English (speaking, writing and reading). Ability to speak French is a plus
- Organization, proven leadership and ability to work in team
- Work in a dynamic and multicultural context
- Ability to integrate third-parties activities and programmatic interfaces in Naviris own tasks.
COMPENSATION & BENEFIT For the position, the starting gross annual salary will be no less than €45.000. Employment classification (Employee/Managerial Level) (I/Q)
