This is a senior, highly operational role with full responsibility for projects from early pre‑construction through to handover.The senior project manager will represent Agilité on site and with clients, taking ownership of technical, financial, contractual, safety and delivery performance. The role requires a confident, resilient professional with deep construction knowledge, strong commercial awareness, and the ability to lead complex projects in demanding, international environments.This role is well suited to an organised, methodical, and self-driven professional who is comfortable working independently within a collaborative project environment.Reporting directly to the country head, the senior project manager is fully accountable for the successful delivery of assigned projects, ensuring quality, client satisfaction, and achievement of project objectives.What it takes to be a senior project manager at AgilitéKey responsibilities.Pre‑construction and tender involvementGetting involved early in the pre‑construction phase, assessing feasibility and delivery strategyAnalysing tender responses and documentation, working closely with the cost estimatorMaking delivery and methodology recommendations aligned with cost, time and riskExploring design and material alternatives with the design office to meet client expectations and improve profitabilityIntegrating health, safety and environmental considerations into tender responsesContributing to budget proposals, feasibility studies and updated project submissions.Project delivery and site managementTaking full ownership of fit‑out projects from mobilisation to handover and OPRSelecting subcontractors, leading negotiations, and managing procurement and planningAchieving quality, cost and programme targetsReviewing drawings and schedules, contributing where required to improve buildabilityMonitoring daily site progress,



anticipating challenges and maintaining momentumMobilising required technical experts and coordinating interventionsManaging all aspects of works contracts, including technical, administrative and financial elements.Financial and contractual controlOverseeing financial and contractual management to support smooth project deliveryMaintaining cost control, forecasting and variation managementManaging contractual correspondence, claims and commercial riskDelivering projects on time and within the agreed budgetClient and stakeholder managementActing as Agilité’s primary on‑site representative and main point of contactCoordinating effectively between technical teams, control office, clients, consultants and subcontractorsOrganising and leading site meetings and progress meetingsPreparing and following up on project documentation and reportingBuilding and maintaining strong, professional relationships with all key stakeholders.Health, safety, quality and environmentApplying HQSE regulations across all project activitiesComplying with company health and safety policy and ISO accreditationsEnsuring subcontractors meet all safety, health and environmental requirementsEmbedding health and safety considerations throughout planning and executionProcess management and reportingCommunicating relevant project information clearly and promptly to teamsAnalysing and supporting production processes to maintain efficiency and qualityMonitoring and reporting against key performance indicatorsContributing to the continuous improvement of delivery processes.Leadership and people developmentIdentifying team strengths and development needsSupporting training plans and capability developmentConducting regular assessments and contributing to performance managementPromoting a collaborative, accountable and delivery-focused culture.QualificationsMinimum10 years’ proven experiencein a demanding construction or fit‑out environmentExperience within the construction sector,
