Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Project Manager role based in Milan.
The Senior Project
Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex initiatives related to the development and operation of Knowledge Centers and partner programs. Daily responsibilities include defining project scope and objectives, building timelines and budgets, coordinating internal teams and external partners, and managing risks, dependencies, and progress reporting. The role involves supervising expediting and logistics activities to ensure materials, resources,
and services are delivered on schedule and according to specifications, as well as coordinating inspections and quality checks across project phases.
The Senior Project
Manager will also contribute to process optimization, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement of Knowhow.org’s project management practices.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Candidates should possess experience with Expeditor and Expediting activities to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Candidates should possess Inspection skills to oversee quality control, compliance, and verification of project deliverables.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to coordinate supply chains, resource allocation, and on-site operations.
- Relevant qualifications include proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects, preferably in infrastructure, education, or real estate environments.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, architecture, business, or a related field; proficiency with project management tools; and strong analytical, communication, and leadership capabilities.
- Fluency in English and Italian, with the ability to work effectively in international and cross-cultural settings, is highly desirable.
