The HR Generalist supports overall HR activities and general services for the plant reporting to HR Manager.He/she will be the HR contact for employees, tackling all kind of HR admin subjects and working with other shared services functions to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.The position requires the ability to handle confidential information with discretion, and a proactive approach to problem-solving within the HR domain.Job responsibilitiesEnsure efficient and timely HR service delivery to the business in terms:Support payroll administration activities (e.G. time and attendance tracking, data collection, and liaison with the payroll/finance provider) to ensure accurate and timely monthly processing; Provide supportfor general facility and HR administrative services (such as office management support, general services); Assist the HR Manager in the staffing requirements for new open positions or replacements providing support in the recruiting process; Organize a proper induction for the new employees & monitor probation periods; Coordinate withtraining and development function to deliver programs locally; Contribute to all relevant file & database updates and reporting, so as to track the HR activity and processes, as well as their compliance with Company and Group policies.ProfileMaster's Degree required,

The gross annual salary will be defined based on internal salary standards, the candidate's skills, and the requirements of the role.
