The role focuses on federal and state energy laws, including rates, tariffs, and regulatory filings, and supports high-stakes regulatory proceedings for a leading energy client.
You will draft and file regulatory documents, analyze proposed regulations and tariffs, and represent the client in meetings with regulators and industry groups.
