Account Management: Maintain and strengthen existing customer relationships.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and customised solutions.
Identify opportunities for growth and development within current accounts.
New Account Development: Identify and prospect potential new clients in the physiotherapy sector.
Develop and execute sales strategies for opening new accounts.
Perform product presentations and technical demonstrations for potential customers.
Collaboration and Coordination :
Work closely with the marketing and technical support teams to ensure successful implementation of sales strategies.
Take part in industry fairs and events to promote the company's brand and products.
Conduct sales reports and market analysis to report on progress and trends in the sector.
The SAM will work in this specific geographical area: Lombardia, Pietmonte, Toscana.
Requisiti: At least five years of relevant commercial experience, ideally in the medical equipment or related products sector. We are open to candidate who come from different sector.
Customer-centric approach with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proactive and results-oriented, with the ability to meet sales targets.
High availability to travel as needed to fulfil job responsibilities.
Sales techniquesMastery of the office suite / ERP / CRMA B2 level of English is required.
