Linked to our growing activity, we need to reinforce the human resources team, we are looking for an HRBP to join our Italian team. This is a creation of a new position where you will be able to set up an HR function.
Role
- Reporting to the Managing Director, the Senior HR Business Partner is responsible for proactively developing strong business relationships and working closely with business leaders and department managers, ensuring that people, processes and organizational capabilities support AluK’s business strategy and transformation agenda.
- A key responsibility of the role will be to lead and coordinate the people side of change associated with the implementation of SAP across the Italian business unit, ensuring successful adoption of new processes, systems and ways of working.
- The Senior HR Business Partner will lead the HR function and provide support and guidance to all operational and functional teams, while actively contributing to the development and execution of the Human Resources strategy, enabling the organization to achieve its business objectives and successfully manage transformational change.
- The role will be responsible for the payroll process for the Italian business, ensuring accurate and timely payroll execution, compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Partner with managers and provide day-to-day HR guidance and support.
- Lead core HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations and talent development.
- Act as the local HR lead for the SAP implementation, supporting change management activities across the Italian organization.
- Support managers and employees through organizational changes and process transformation.
- Foster employee engagement and contribute to a positive and high-performing workplace culture.
- Manage employee relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance processes.
- Monitor key HR metrics and workforce trends to support business decision-making.
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate learning initiatives.
- Participate in AluK Group HR projects and support the implementation of Group policies and processes.
- Ensure compliance with Italian labour legislation and HR best practices.
- Partner with the Managing Director on people-related priorities and organizational development initiatives.
- Ensure payroll data accuracy, including employee lifecycle changes, absence management, benefits, and compensation adjustments.
- Act as the key contact for payroll-related matters, ensuring compliance with Italian labor, tax, and social security regulations.
Profile
- Proven work experience as an HR business partner of at least 7 years
- Degree in Human Resources
- Languages: Fluent in Italian & English
