MSC Technology is looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join its IT organization and support teams working on integration platforms enabling data exchange between MSC and external clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating Agile delivery, supporting the Scrum process and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software increments at the end of each sprint.
Working closely with Product Owners, Product Specialists, Developers, Testers, Agile Coaches, Architects, and other stakeholders, the Scrum Master will foster effective collaboration, remove obstacles, and help the team continuously improve its ways of working.
This role is ideal for professionals with a strong Agile mindset, solid experience in IT projects and team coordination, and the ability to operate effectively in complex, distributed, and multicultural environments.
Reporting Line Functional: Agile / IT Delivery Organization
Key Responsibilities Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and Agile practices, ensuring effective participation, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the team.
Support the analysis and refinement of user stories,
working closely with Product Owners and Product Specialists to ensure requirements are clear, actionable, and aligned with delivery objectives.
Foster a collaborative, transparent, and mutually respectful working environment across Developers, Testers, Product Specialists, Product Owners, and other team members.
Support the team in delivering high-quality software increments at the end of each sprint, promoting ownership, accountability, and adherence to Agile principles.
Identify, anticipate, and help remove impediments and delivery risks, leveraging strong problem-solving skills and previous project experience.
Act as a key point of coordination between the Scrum team and program stakeholders, ensuring timely, accurate, and constructive communication.
Promote Agile best practices and support the team in continuously improving processes, collaboration, delivery effectiveness, and ways of working.
Stay up to date with trends and innovations across Agile, software development, DevOps, middleware, and IT delivery practices.
