Commercial Policy & Network Performance Manager
Scope of the role:
Define and govern the
commercial policy framework for the Authorized Repairer network
( dealers and service partners ), ensuring consistency across markets and alignment with aftersales strategy. Drive
network performance improvement
by designing and deploying scalable initiatives that enhance service activity, parts sales and customer retention across the dealer network
Key responsibilities:
Define and manage the
commercial policy framework for the Authorized Repairer network , ensuring consistency across markets and sharing of good practices
Lead the policy review cycle, including business input consolidation, impact assessment and approval process
Design and deploy
dealer performance improvement initiatives
(e.g. service retention, parts upselling)
Drive the rollout of
network initiatives across dealers , ensuring high adoption and effective execution
Act as central coordination point for brand-related
network programs
(e.g. specialized service concepts)
Collaborate with regional and local teams
to support in-market activation and dealer engagement
Requirements:
3-7 years
experience in
Aftersales, strong network (Authorized Repairers) expertise
and understanding of
Parts & Service business .
Strong analytical and KPI-driven mindset to monitor and improve network performance.
Experience in multi-country environment
Capable of defining performance frameworks / policies and driving implementation.
Hybrid profile combining Operations, Data Analysis, and Stakeholder Management. xjncmbx
OFFER
SALARY RANGE:
from
€43.000 to €52.000 , that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements
Collective Agreement:
In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the third professional area.
