As the core link between styling design and mass production,
you will create unique CMF solutions and build BYD's exclusive CMF design DNA.General Requirements (All Levels):Fluent in English (written and spoken); Bachelor's or higher degree in Industrial/Material/Textile/Fashion Design; Mandatory professional CMF design portfolio; Sensitivity to luxury &CMF trends; Ability to workin a multicultural international team.Level-specific Focus & Responsibilities:SeniorCore Focus: Independent CMF project delivery + European resource integrationSkills: Proven CMF experience (automotive/luxury/fashion); Strong premium CMF trend judgment; Ability to deliver production-ready CMF schemesResponsibilities: Independently develop premium CMF color palettes & material solutions; Explore sustainable materials/craft applications; Lead European CMF material resource integration; Coordinate with global suppliers for material availabilityChiefCore Focus: Team building & management + global CMF strategy & supply chain coordinationSkills: Extensive CMF leadership experience (top automotive/luxury brands, European experience preferred); Deep insight into European materials/crafts; Strong strategic innovation & cross-cultural management capabilitiesResponsibilities: Lead the studio’s CMF strategy and innovation roadmap; Build & manage an international CMF team and nurture talents; Establish BYD’s global premium CMF DNA; Liaise with global design/engineering/supplier teams to drive CMF design realizationLocation: Milan, Italy. xysqume Type of Employment: Full-time.#J-18808-Ljbffr
