In this role, you bridge business needs and technology within BYD's Milan office, driving improvements across CRM, ERP, and related systems. You work with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into practical solutions, lead UAT, and support deployment and ongoing system administration. Responsabilità
Partner with stakeholders to map processes, pain points, and requirements within the assigned domain
Gather, analyze, document, and align business needs with system capabilities
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and business teams to design and implement solutions
Validate solutions against requirements, operations, and user expectations
Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate validation activities for deployment
Analyze data to identify trends, root causes, and automation opportunities
Create and maintain process documentation, manuals, and training materials
Provide functional support, training, and ongoing administration for key business applications
Manage and support CRM, digital marketing platforms, dealer systems, API integrations, and related apps
Requisiti fondamentali
3–7 years as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role
Strong understanding of CRM, ERP, WMS, customer service, supply chain, or related systems
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and capacity to drive improvement
Proficiency in SQL for data analysis, troubleshooting, reporting, and validation
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker or similar
Familiarity with APIs, integrations, data models, and enterprise architectures
Basic Python scripting for data analysis and automation is a plus
English fluency and local language; Chinese is advantageous
Experience in automotive industry is preferred
