Our site in Carugate is a competence center for semisolids, these include creams and gels.
/ph3Your key responsibilities /h3pThe Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading the site's maintenance function, ensuring the reliability, compliance, and efficiency of manufacturing equipment, utilities, and facilities.
The role develops and executes maintenance strategies aligned with business objectives, drives operational performance, manages external service providers, and supports continuous improvement initiatives to ensure safe and compliant operations within a GMP-regulated environment.
/pulliDefine and implement maintenance strategies to maximize equipment reliability, availability, and lifecycle performance.
/liliEnsure effective maintenance planning and execution while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
/liliOversee the performance, compliance, and efficiency of facility and utility systems.
/liliPartner with Production, Quality, EHS, and other stakeholders to support business objectives and ensure GMP compliance.
/liliLead root cause investigations and drive sustainable corrective actions to improve asset performance.
/liliManage external contractors, suppliers, and service agreements,
ensuring quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
/liliSupport capital projects, equipment upgrades, and site investment initiatives.
/liliDevelop and manage maintenance budgets, resource allocation, and spare parts strategies.
/liliEnsure inspection readiness and compliance with applicable regulatory and company requirements.
/liliPromote a strong culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement across all maintenance activities.
/li /ulh3Your profile /h3ulliBachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or technical qualification in Engineering or a related discipline.
/liliExperience in maintenance leadership roles within a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.
/liliStrong knowledge of maintenance management, asset reliability, and the management of manufacturing equipment, utilities (HVAC, purified water, compressed air, steam, electrical systems) and facilities/infrastructure.
/liliExperience managing contractors, budgets, and cross-functional projects.
/liliSolid understanding of GMP requirements and regulated manufacturing environments.
/liliStrong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
/liliGood command of spoken and written English.
