/liliSupport the development and operation of infrastructure and energy projects.
/liliAdvise on EPC, OM, development, framework and service agreements where relevant.
/liliAssist business teams in structuring strategic partnerships and commercial arrangements.

/liliIdentify legal risks and propose practical mitigation measures.

/liliQualified lawyer in a European jurisdiction preferred.
/liliApproximately with over b10 years of post-qualification experience /b.
/liliExperience gained within:ullitop-tier law firms; and/or /liliinvestment platforms; /liliinfrastructure funds; /lilienergy companies; /lilidigital infrastructure operators; /lilimultinational corporate legal departments.
