To strengthen our Housekeeping team, we are looking for a meticulous, reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant (m/f/d) who, with a passion for perfection and the highest quality standards, helps create an exceptional home away from home for our guests.
Your Tasks
- Clean and maintain our exclusive luxury suites according to the highest quality standards
- Prepare suites for guest arrivals and departures
- Ensure the impeccable presentation of living areas, bedrooms, wellness areas and outdoor spaces
- Prepare and check special suite features such as outdoor bathtubs, fireplaces, daybeds and wellness setups
- Provide Turn-Down Service to create a special evening atmosphere
- Prepare and maintain areas for In-Room Dining experiences
- Replenish and check high-quality amenities and guest supplies
- Handle premium materials, textiles and furnishings with the utmost care
- Report any technical or quality-related issues
- Comply with our hygiene, quality and safety standards
- Work closely with the Gouvernante, Vice Gouvernante and all operational departments
Your Profile
- Previous experience in Housekeeping or upscale hospitality is an advantage
- Meticulous and reliable working style
- Strong quality awareness and attention to detail
- Passion for creating exceptional guest experiences through your work
- Responsible handling of high-quality materials
- Team spirit and flexibility
- Well-groomed appearance and positive attitude
- Motivation and enthusiasm for working in an exclusive environment
- Very good command of Italian; German or English is an advantage
