You will lead the design and production deployment of intelligent workflows that automate IT and business processes, integrating AI models, task orchestration, Azure services, APIs and enterprise systems. The role works closely with engineering, procurement, operations, IT and business stakeholders to turn high-impact use cases into governed, scalable and maintainable solutions. /p h3How can you support us? /h3 ul liAssess complex processes, identify high-value AI automation opportunities and translate business needs into solution requirements and delivery roadmaps. /li liDesign and lead the implementation of multi-step and agentic AI workflows integrated with enterprise systems, APIs, data sources and Azure services. /li liGuide solutions from prototype to production, coordinating technical and business stakeholders and ensuring architectural documentation and operational handover. /li liEstablish and monitor quality, performance, security and governance controls, using operational evidence to drive continuous improvement. /li liProvide technical guidance,



promote reusable patterns and contribute to the evolution of the enterprise AI platform and delivery standards. /li /ul h3What are we looking for? /h3 pbEducation: /b Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Automation, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. /p pbExperience: /b 5+ experience in software development, automation or applied AI, with direct responsibility for designing and delivering production-grade solutions in enterprise contexts. /p pbLanguages: /b Fluent Italian and English. /p pbTechnical/IT Skills: /b Strong development skills, for example Python; experience with APIs, cloud technologies and workflow solutions; knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering and automation; ability to design enterprise integrations and translate business requirements into technical architectures. Experience with Azure, Copilot or low-code platforms is valued. /p pbLeadership and ways of working: /b Ability to coordinate cross-functional delivery, influence IT and business stakeholders, communicate technical trade-offs clearly and support less experienced colleagues. /p h3What else should you know? /h3 ul liThe position is based in Milan and follows a hybrid working model. /li liThe role requires close collaboration with IT and business stakeholders across engineering, procurement and operations.
