Your role will be to define solutions that elevate the guest booking experience across Agoda's products. /ph3What Product Design Looks Like at Agoda: /h3pAs a product designer at Agoda, you'll collaborate with a product manager, 6-8 engineers, researchers, and cross-functional partners. Together, you'll drive your segment of Agoda, deliver solutions to challenges, and gather feedback directly from customers and internal stakeholders. /ph3Role in the CEG Team: /h3pThe Customer Experience Group (CEG) Consumer team designs self-service tools that help customers resolve booking issues. You'll shape how customers solve problems reducing friction and frustration. As a senior designer, you'll lead the direction and execution of these experiences across the space you own. /ph3Key Responsibilities: /h3ulliRunning discovery phases and helping define product requirements /liliTesting prototypes and hypotheses with users to collect feedback /liliPresent your work to peers and leadership,
