The HRIS Analyst will support the HRIS Specialist in the day-to-day management, maintenance, and continuous development of the company’s HR Information Systems, contributing to the efficiency of HR processes and ensuring data quality and consistency in line with MAIRE Group standards and applicable regulations. /p /brpbKey Responsibilities /b /p /brpYou will be responsible for: /p /brul /brliProviding ongoing support to internal users in the use of HRIS platforms, including bSAP SuccessFactors, SAP Concur, ADP, Strada /b, and other HR systems, managing and supporting the resolution of system-related issues. /li /brliSupporting the ICT Department and external providers in the implementation of new functionalities, system enhancements, and updates across HRIS platforms. /li /brliCollaborating with the HRIS Specialist to ensure the quality, accuracy, consistency, and compliance of HR data through regular checks and validation activities. /li /brliSupporting the preparation of reports, dashboards, and monthly analyses, providing reliable data for KPI monitoring and HR process improvement. /li /brliContributing to the preparation, review, and maintenance of documentation related to new HRIS processes and procedures, facilitating their adoption and understanding across the organization. /li /brliSupporting training and onboarding activities for new users,
promoting the effective and appropriate use of HR systems and tools. /li /brliParticipating in HR digitalization projects and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing process efficiency and enhancing the employee and user experience. /li /brliCollaborating with HR stakeholders, ICT teams, and external providers to support the effective evolution and integration of HR systems. /li /br /ul /brpbRequirements and Skills /b /p /brul /brliDegree in Economics, Management, Information Technology, or a related field. /li /brliAt least 2 years of professional experience in bHRIS, HR Operations /b, or similar roles. /li /brliAdvanced knowledge of at least one HRIS platform, preferably bSAP SuccessFactors /b. /li /brliAdvanced proficiency in bMicrosoft Excel /b and familiarity with Business Intelligence tools. /li /brliExcellent command of English, both written and spoken. /li /brliStrong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a focus on data quality and accuracy. /li /brliGood problem-solving skills and ability to independently manage assigned activities and priorities. /li /brliStrong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders. /li /brliAbility to work in a dynamic environment and manage interactions with both internal stakeholders and external providers. /li /brliKnowledge of bSAP Concur /b will be considered a plus. /li /br /ul /brpbContract Type and Classification /b /p /brul /brliContract Type: Permanent /li /brliApplicable Collective Agreement (NCLC): Chemical and Chemical-Pharmaceutical Industry (Identification Code B011) /li /brliJob Classification Level: White Collar,
