/ppstrongJob Description: /strong /ppEnfinity Global is looking for a Contract Manager to coordinate, evaluate, review and process Engineering-Procurement-Construction (EPC) contracts, Limited Notice to Proceeds, MSA's, formal bids, requests for qualifications, and support (from an EPC Contracts perspective) requests for proposals.
This position will administer policies and procedures for all contracts in compliance with company and customer expectations and will be directly responsible for the management of EPC contracts inclusive of all contracts exhibits while maintaining a centralized contracts repository system.
/ppstrongKey Responsibilities: /strong /pulliEnsure contracts are drafted, negotiated, and executed in accordance with organizational requirements of Enfinity Global's EPC department.
/liliContract negotiations and buyout.
/liliDiscussing, drafting, reviewing and negotiating the terms of business contracts.
/liliAgreeing budgets and timescales with the contractors.
/liliActing as the main point of contact for clients, site and project managers.
/liliActing as main point of contact with legal department and project managers.
/liliMaking sure construction projects contracts meet agreed technical standards.
/liliMitigate organizational contract risks together with the legal department.
/li /ulpstrongQualifications: /strong /pulliEnergy or Construction contracts previous experience (7+ years).
/liliExcellent command of English AND Italian language.
/liliPrevious experience in reviewing and advising on EPC contracts.
/liliAbility to work under time pressure to meet deadlines.
/liliExcellent verbal and written communication, listening and influencing skills.
/liliCritical thinking and problem-solving skills.
/liliTeam player attitude.
/liliInternational mobility both for short missions and potentially for mid-term assignments.
