/p h3The Candidate /h3 pWe are seeking a bSocial Media Content Specialist /b with hands-on experience creating and managing social content, able to own the full content cycle independently: from editorial planning to production, from publishing to performance analysis.
/p pThe role carries full operational ownership of our social channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), working closely with the content and video teams.
/p h3Responsibilities Qualifications /h3 ul libEditorial Planning: /b Manage the editorial content calendar based on available content, balancing the mix between TOFU, BOFU, and carousel content in line with channel strategy.
/li libPerformance Analysis: /b Monitor and analyze post performance data to understand what works and what doesn't, identify patterns, and iterate on the best-performing formats and topics.
/li libScheduling Publishing: /b Manage content scheduling, ensuring everything is actually published on time and in the correct format across the relevant platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
/li libContent Production: /b Produce content (videos and carousels) for social media, aligned with company strategy, from ideation through editing/layout.
/li libCopywriting: /b Write captions for content, adapting tone of voice and messaging to the format and platform.
/li libDaily Stories: /b Produce daily Stories to maintain an active, consistent presence across channels.
/li libCollaboration with the Video Team: /b Work closely with the video team on content production,
ensuring alignment between video assets and editorial strategy.
/li libUGC Coordination: /b Collaborate with the UGC team to integrate creator content into the overall editorial plan.
/li /ul h3What We're Looking For /h3 h3Core Qualifications /h3 ul libExperience: /b at least 1-2 years of experience creating and managing social media content (travel industry experience is a plus).
/li libContent Production: /b hands-on experience producing videos and carousels for Instagram/TikTok (filming, editing, even from a smartphone).
/li libCopywriting: /b strong writing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and messaging across different formats.
/li libData Analysis: /b comfortable reading platform metrics (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics) to inform editorial decisions.
/li /ul h3Key Skills Mindset /h3 ul libOwnership: /b able to independently manage the entire editorial workflow — from planning to publishing — without needing constant supervision.
/li libOrganization: /b strong attention to detail and ability to manage editorial calendars and multiple deadlines in parallel.
/li libTool Familiarity: /b experience with scheduling tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite, Later, Planoly) and editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Rush, Canva, or similar).
/li libDrive: /b a proactive attitude, curiosity about social trends, and the ability to propose new formats.
