/ppbr/ppTo strengthen our bEmbedded Software Development Team /b, we are looking for candidates with experience in embedded systems development, spanning both Linux Embedded platforms and Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS) such as FreeRTOS and Zephyr.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working across different layers of the embedded stack, from low-level firmware to higher-level application software.
/ppbr/ppbROLE: /b /pulliDesign, develop, and maintain embedded software for our product portfolio, targeting both Linux-based and RTOS-based platforms.
/liliDevelop and optimize firmware and application code in C and C++ for resource-constrained and real-time environments.
/liliWork with Linux Embedded distributions, including board bring-up, driver development, and system integration.
/liliDevelop real-time applications on FreeRTOS and/or Zephyr, managing tasks, interrupts, and timing-critical operations.
/liliContribute to defining software architectures that balance performance, reliability, and maintainability across heterogeneous platforms.
/liliCollaborate with hardware engineers, product managers, and other team members throughout the product development lifecycle.
/liliDebug and troubleshoot complex issues across the full embedded stack, from hardware interfaces to application logic.
/liliWrite clean, well-documented, and testable code; participate in code reviews and contribute to improving team practices.
/li /ulpbr/ppbREQUIREMENTS: /b /ppbEducation /b /pulliA Bachelor's Degree in one of the following fields is required: Computer Science, Information Technology,
Electronics Engineering /li /ulpbTechnical Skills - Required /b /pulliSolid proficiency in C and C++ for embedded systems development.
/liliHands-on experience with at least one of the following environments: Linux Embedded or RTOS (FreeRTOS, Zephyr, or similar).
/liliFamiliarity with common embedded peripherals and communication interfaces (UART, SPI, I2C, GPIO).
/liliProficient use of GIT as a version control system, including experience with branching workflows such as Git Flow.
/liliAbility to read schematics and collaborate effectively with hardware teams.
/li /ulpbTechnical Skills - Nice to have /b /pulliExperience with Yocto/OpenEmbedded for building custom Linux distributions.
/liliKnowledge of the Linux kernel: device drivers, device tree configuration, kernel modules.
/liliExperience with Zephyr RTOS: device tree model, Kconfig build system, west build tool.
/liliExperience with FreeRTOS: task management, queues, semaphores, timers.
/liliKnowledge of network protocols and communication stacks (TCP/IP, MQTT, CoAP, Ethernet, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth/BLE).
/liliExperience with debugging and profiling tools for embedded systems (JTAG/SWD debuggers, logic analyzers, oscilloscopes).
/liliFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing in embedded contexts.
/liliExperience with inter-processor communication in heterogeneous multi-core architectures (e.g., Linux + RTOS on the same SoC).
/li /ulpbSoft Skills Other /b /pulliGood problem-solving skills and genuine willingness to learn new technologies.
/liliGood communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
/liliPassion or knowledge in the audio domain and/or in open-source projects is a plus.
/liliA combination of hardware and software skills is a great advantage.
