To support its strategic development plans and increasing deal activity, the company is seeking an bMA Corporate Development Specialist /b to join a high-performing team involved in the execution of acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and corporate finance projects. /p h3Descrizione /h3 ul liConduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and strategic analysis across the Financial Services sector. /li liPerform financial analysis, company valuations, and advanced financial modelling to support investment and corporate development initiatives. /li liSupport the full MA lifecycle, including target assessment, due diligence coordination, transaction execution, and legal documentation management. /li liPrepare investment presentations, management reports, and decision-making materials for internal and external stakeholders. /li liCollaborate with cross-functional teams to drive corporate development projects, post-deal integration activities, and synergy tracking. /li /ul h3Profilo del Candidato /h3 pThe ideal candidate holds a degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field and has gained at least 5 years of experience within Investment Banking, MA Advisory, Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, or Corporate Development environments. /p pHe/she demonstrates strong expertise in financial modelling, company valuation, and deal execution, with a solid understanding of corporate finance principles and MA processes.



Hands-on experience in developing complex financial models, conducting financial analyses, and supporting strategic transactions is essential. /p pThe successful candidate combines excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
