/ppbr/ppbPosition Summary /b /ppbr/ppThe Senior Systems Engineer serves as a senior technical resource within the Corporate Information Technology team, responsible for the design, implementation, support, and continual improvement of enterprise technology platforms.
This role acts as a technical escalation point, leads strategic infrastructure and security projects, mentors other engineers, and drives operational excellence across global IT services.

/liliServe as a senior technical escalation point for complex incidents and operational issues.
/liliLead troubleshooting efforts across infrastructure, endpoint management, Microsoft 365, identity, security, networking, and related technologies.
/liliEvaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements that enhance security, performance, and efficiency.
/li /ulpbr/ppbProject Delivery /b /pulliLead and deliver strategic IT projects from planning through implementation.
/liliCoordinate technology migrations, platform upgrades, and security improvement initiatives.
/liliSupport cross-functional projects led by other engineers and business stakeholders.
/liliEnsure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

/li /ulpbr/ppbRequired Qualifications /b /pulli5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or related IT roles.
/liliExperience administering Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, endpoint management, and cloud services.
/liliExperience with endpoint security platforms.
/liliStrong understanding of cybersecurity principles and enterprise IT operations.
/liliExperience leading technical projects and infrastructure implementations.
/liliProven troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
/liliExcellent communication and documentation skills.
/li /ulpbr/ppbPreferred Qualifications /b /pulliExperience with monitoring solutions, and automation tools.
/liliExperience with cloud platforms and hybrid environments.
